Omega Contracting provided Mechanical, Fire Fighting and Plumbing services for the Arab Bank Headquarters Building– Location: Smart Village – Cairo. The chillers, Pumps and diesel generators are located on the roof with adequate dampers for preventing noise transmission from roof bottom level.
The project started in December 2008 and scheduled completion date is May 2011.
The services provided by omega for contracting included the following:
- Central Air Conditioning & ventilation.
- Close control air conditioning systems
- Domestic water services
- Drainage
- Fire fighting and detection
